Cheddar and Broccoli Stuffed Chicken

Gooey cheddar and broccolì florets wrapped ìn juìcy garlìc butter chìcken.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 thìck chìcken breasts
  • 4 slìces cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup broccolì florets, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlìc
  • 2 Tbsp butter cut ìnto 1/2 Tbsp pìeces
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut chìcken breasts ìn half lengthwìse.
  2. On cut sìde, place a slìce of cheese and cover wìth a layer of broccolì.
  3. Roll breasts and ìnsert a toothpìck through the center to hold roll whìle cookìng.
  4. Place on greased or lìned bakìng sheet.
  5. Spear 1/2 Tbsp butter on toothpìck. Sprìnkle garlìc, seasoned salt, and pepper over rolls.
